The Virtual Office Solutions Team

At Virtual Office Solutions we have a ‘select’ team of professional, experienced typists.  All our typists are Irish-based typists, have a minimum of 80-100 words per minute typing speed along with advanced MS Word skills.  All of our legal typists have had previous experience in legal offices.

Confidentiality is the foundation stone upon which Virtual Office Solutions has been built.  Clients from all walks, industries and sectors can depend upon this 100% and Confidentiality Agreements are provided to all new clients.

Bernie McCullough
Managing Director/Proprietor

Bernie McCullough is the Proprietor and Managing Director of Virtual Office Solutions.  Bernie McCullough holds a Certificate in Marketing with the Marketing Institute of Ireland (M.I.I.) and a J.E.B. Teacher’s Diploma in I.T.

Bernie has extensive experience in the Retail, Corporate, Building, Health & Safety and Aviation industries having undertaken a myriad of responsibilities under her roles as Office Manager / PA to Managing Directors / Purchases Controller, etc.

Bernie possesses extensive IT skills across a broad range of software and is a qualified IT instructor.  From humble beginnings, Bernie started the business as a sole trader back in 1997 trading under the name of ‘The Quick~Type Bureau’.  Over the next number of years, the business has grown from strength to strength, and in December 2014 became a limited company, now trading as Virtual Office Solutions.  To find out more about Bernie please feel free to read her linkedin profile here ie.linkedin.com/in/berniemccullough.

Deirdre Doyle
Head of Legal Transcription

Deirdre Doyle is the Head of Legal Transcription at Virtual Office Solutions.

Deirdre has over 20 years of legal experience, including having previously worked in one of the largest Solicitors practices in the country and has extensive experience in digital transcription, dictatyping, preparing briefs for Counsel, and the drafting of legal documents across all areas of law, in particular Conveyancing, Litigation, Probate and Commercial.

Since joining the Virtual Office Team Deirdre is in charge of the management, transcription and delivery of all legal work flow in a timely manner.  She has also been heavily involved in the typing of construction/building sector documents, loss adjusting report forms, financial memos, extensive data entry and database creation, along with one-to-one interview transcriptions.

Tracy Kirby
Head of Building & General Transcription

Tracy Kirkby is Head of Building & General Transcription at Virtual Office Solutions.

Tracy worked for a large international firm of Solicitors in the UK for 14 years, during which time she covered areas such as Probate, Insurance Litigation, Marine, Family and Employment.  Tracy is now resident in Co.  Cork where she lives with her family and is a highly experienced audio typist with an eclectic wealth of work experience.

At Virtual Office Solutions Tracy is a core team member assisting in the management, transcription and delivery of documents, in particular in the building sector, but also in the financial, legal and loss adjusting report form sectors.  Tracy also assists in the transcription of one-to-one interviews for research students/lecturers as part of their 4th level education.
